Cabins & Rates
Ring Lake Ranch will be open for guests from May 25th through August 31st for one week and two week stays. If you would like to register, please visit our Registration Page.
Accommodations at Ring Lake are cozy cabins and rooms. One winterized cabin with kitchenette is available year-round for guests who wish to do their own cooking. Standard rates during summer months include lodging, linens, use of grounds and facilities and three healthy, home-cooked meals daily. Depending on availability, Ranch facilities may be rented to groups or individuals for meetings or private retreats during the months of operation: late May until early September. Our “Living Room” comfortably seats 35 guests for meetings and gatherings. Video/DVD, computer projection equipment and a PA/audio system are available for use. We also have a library, a chapel, and a dining room that seats 48. We can accommodate additional daytime guests for meetings and meals for a reasonable fee.
Large Cabin with Private Bath
Cabins 3 & 4 each have one large room with twin beds that can be made into a king, plus a set of built in bunk beds.
In Cabin A – our most private cabin located near the creek – has a queen sized bed, a set of bunk beds, kitchenette, and private bath.
Basic Cabins with Private Bath
These cabins have rooms with twin beds (or one king) and a private bath. Guests may request solo accommodations in these rooms for an additional fee, depending on availability.
These cabins have two bedrooms with twin beds in each; the guests share one bathroom off the short corridor between the two bedrooms.
Kitchenette Cabin
Cabin A is our only winterized guest cabin. It has a double-bed and a set of bunk beds, private bath, a tidy kitchenette, and is nestled next to Torrey Creek. About a half-mile from the Office and central complex, it is ideal for private retreats.

*To hold your reservations, we require a 30% deposit of your total reservation rate. If you are unsure about your deposit amount, please call Alli at (307) 455-2663. 80% of your deposit is refundable up to 60 days in advance of the session for which you have registered. After that time, the deposit is refundable only if we can rebook your space in the session.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover Card. Pay by cash or personal check for your deposit AND final balance to receive a 5% discount on fees.
Receive a 10% discount on your session fees by bringing someone new to the Ranch with you. Please indicate on your registration form who the new guest is. When they register, we’ll record the discount. Thank you for spreading the word about Ring Lake Ranch.
