2026 Ring Lake Ranch Summer Rates
All rates are per person and based on double/multiple occupancy.
Includes lodging * meals * seminars * horseback riding * guided hiking * boating. Children 12 and under are free.

Airport Transportation is $230 total for both ways and $138 one way. Please include your transportation needs in your registration.

*To hold your reservations, we require a 30% deposit of your total reservation rate. If you are unsure about your deposit amount, please call Alli at (307) 455-2663. 80% of your deposit is refundable up to 60 days in advance of the session for which you have registered. After that time, the deposit is refundable only if we can rebook your space in the session.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover Card. We also accept cash or check.
Receive a 10% discount on your session fees by bringing someone new to the Ranch with you. Please indicate on your registration form who the new guest is. When they register, we’ll record the discount. Thank you for spreading the word about Ring Lake Ranch.
Cabins
Shared Bath Cabins
Shared bath cabins consist of two separate bedrooms with separate cabin entrances and a shared bathroom in between. This bathroom is ONLY shared with the adjoining bedrooms. At our lowest rate, this is a great option for those on a budget! This is also perfect for friends traveling together who want their separate spaces. The A side can sleep up to three, and the B side can sleep up to two.

Shared bath cabin 6A can sleep up to three people (king bed configuration is available). 6A and 6B share a bathroom, accessed by a short hallway between the rooms. 6A has a window view of Trail Lake while 6B has a small screen porch that faces the lake. The cabins can be accessed by vehicles for luggage drop-off but they are a short walk up a hillside trail to the main RLR buildings. The door and front porch of 6A is up a short set of steps. Private Bath Cabins
Private Bath Cabins are just that–private! Our most popular option, these cabins sleep up to two guests and have a private adjoining bathroom. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, these cozy cabins are located all throughout the Ranch.
*Please note that most private bath cabins share a wall with another private bath cabin.
Sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). This cozy cabin is centrally located near the heart of the Ranch! Close to the Living Room, Den, Dining Hall, and the office, this cabin is perfect for those who want to be close to every activity, or those who prefer to sit on the porch and enjoy a Wyoming sunset!
*This is one of our more physically accessible cabins for those who cannot manage uphill/downhill cabins.






Sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). Cabin 2A is perfect if you love mountain views! Look out on the Absaroka mountains from your porch in the morning, or admire the Wind River mountains through your window, this private bath cabin sits uphill from the heart of the Ranch. While you’ll get your steps in going up and down a fairly steep trail, the views and privacy are worth it!

Sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). Cabin 2B is one of our most requested cabins! This private bath cabin boasts a beautiful view of Trail Lake, from the porch and from the desk window. Located about 30 yards uphill from the heart of the Ranch, Cabin 2B is perfect for those who don’t mind a walk that’s a bit steep. But an open porch looking out across the mountains makes every step worth it!

Another one of our most popular cabins, Cabin 5A is a private bath cabin that sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). Located near the RLR office, Den, and other main buildings on a level path, its front window looks out across Trail Lake and Whiskey Mountain. It shares a small covered front porch and a wall with cabin 5B. It is accessed by a set of five steps.






Cabin 5B is a private bath cabin that sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). Cabin 5B is located near the RLR office, Den, and other main buildings on a level path. Its picturesque windows look out across Trail Lake. (The desk nestled under the window is perfect for writing while the osprey soar across the lake)! 5B shares a small covered front porch with cabin 5A. It is accessed by a set of five steps.





Sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). Cabin 8A is located a short distance from the main RLR buildings along a narrow hillside trail. While this private bath cabin is furthest away from the hear of the Ranch, it is closest to the lake beach! Its front window looks out across Trail Lake. It shares a covered front porch with cabin 8B. High-clearance vehicle access is available for luggage drop-off. It is accessed by a set of five steps.



Sleeps up to two people (king bed configuration is available). Cabin 8B is located a short distance from the main RLR buildings along a narrow hillside trail. While this cabin is furthest from the heart of the Ranch, it is closest to the lake beach! Its front window looks out across Trail Lake. It shares a covered front porch with cabin 8A. High-clearance vehicle access is available for luggage drop-off. It is accessed by a set of five steps.




Sleeps up to three people (king bed configuration is available). Hermitage sits above the main RLR buildings and is accessed by a narrow, fairly steep trail. It has a small parking area accessible via the rocky driveway to Top Cabin. It has a small covered front porch that looks to the Absaroka Mountains to the northwest of RLR. It is the only private bath cabin that does not share a wall or porch with another cabin.






Large Family Cabins
Large family cabins are the ideal for families with children, or those couples who just want a little extra space! These cabins are standalone and can sleep up to five. With three twins (two can be converted into a king bed) and a set of bunk beds, there’s plenty of room for the whole family! Large family cabins also have a private adjoining bathroom and an expansive covered porch for taking in the natural beauty of the Ranch.
Cabin 3 is one of our large, one -room family cabins and can sleep up to 5 guests. With a king bed (or two twins) an additional twin, and a set of bunk beds, this beautiful cabin can fit the whole family! Located uphill from the heart of the Ranch, this cabin is accessed by a narrow steep trail. But the porch where you can take in the mountain views makes every step worth it! Unfortunately vehicle access is not available.






Cabin 4 is one of our large family cabins and can sleep up to 5 guests. With a king bed (or two twins) an additional twin, and a set of bunk beds, this beautiful cabin can fit the whole family! The cabin sits between the RLR office and the outdoor chapel on a short, level path. Vehicle access is close by for luggage. The front porch has a partial view of Trail Lake, and the cabin is accessed by two steps up to the porch. This cabin is a great option for those with limited mobility!




Sleeps up to four people (one queen bed and two bunk beds). A fisherman’s delight, Cabin A sits to the RLR gate and Torrey Creek, but is a short drive or 10 minute walk from the main RLR buildings. It has a kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. The enclosed front porch looks towards the Absaroka Mountains. The cabin is accessed by one step up to the porch and has a parking space next to it.
Cabin A is our only winterized cabin! To book October-April, email alli@ringlake.org
